Solutions Administrator
Kingdom First Solutions is looking for a full-time Solutions Administrator to join our team. We're looking for someone
with a love for learning, doesn't get frustrated easily, and has excellent communication skills.
Here’s a quick look at what you can expect your day to look like at Kingdom First:
- Customer service that shines even when you haven't had your coffee yet
- Coordinate communications with new and existing customers
- Demonstrate, train, and answer questions about RockRMS
- Compose clear, concise documentation and release notes in a web-friendly format
- Engage in daily/weekly video meetings to coordinate projects and discuss priorities
- Update our website and social media with new product information
- Troubleshoot flubs and quirks on too many OS and browser variations
Qualities we're looking for:
- Be a good person who plays well with others. We want you to be confident in your skills, but willing to check
your ego at the door.
- Be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines. We can
guarantee you’ll never be bored here, but you'll have to know how to keep up with a smile and a positive
attitude.
- Be willing to research, learn, and share new practices for our betterment.
- Be able to build and maintain positive, productive relationships with clients and the Kingdom First team. We're
in the people business.
Some requirements you need to have:
- A working knowledge of Rock RMS. You don't have to be an expert, just understand what it takes to be a successful Rock admin. Experience in SQL or Lava would be a plus.
- Know how the web works. You'll need to troubleshoot product, browser and device behavior with technical and
non-technical clients. Experience in HTML or Javascript would be a plus.
- Dedicated office space at home. Kingdom First has always been a full-time remote organization. If you've never held a permanent full-time remote position, we'd
suggest skimming a copy of David Hansson's Remote or read the
Spark
Notes summary.
- Customer service experience. Prior work with non-profit ministries or churches is preferred. Social media
familiarity
would be a plus.
- A sense of humor. Our ideal candidate may be able to quote Monty Python and The IT Crowd on a semi-regular
basis.
